This course is designed to give the student the needed skills to protect him/her self against threats while at home or traveling in an automobile. This course is a must for all and is very affordable. Our instructors will travel to your location if 10 students apply as a group. Listed below is the course curriculum.- Home security techniques
- Room clearing
- Use of lighting to your advantage
- Use of home furnishings to your advantage

This is a simple, easy to use martial arts class using proven techniques. This course is instructed by one of our female instructors.
