It is the policy of Deepwater Defense Systems to ensure that every client receives the highest level of firearms training available. For us to be able to continue to provide affordable training to each person we are forced to require that the courses be pre-paid. DWDS started operating on the trust system, however that system has proven costly for us and inconvenient to the clients on the waiting lists.
1. DWDS will work with any client on payment issues, as long as the request is reasonable.
2. All courses must be paid for in full, in advance prior to the course date. Other arrangements may be made by calling.
3. Payments may be refunded, but at the sole discretion of Deepwater Defense Systems management. All decisions are final.
4. Payments received may be used for other courses or merchandise in the event a client can not attend.
5. Deepwater Defense Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses as needed. In the event DWDS cancels a course, each client will be given a full refund or scheduled in the next course. The choice will be the clients.
6. If a refund is granted by DWDS, the reimbursement will be in the form of a business check mailed to the client. It is the clients responsibility to provide an address to DWDS. All refunds will be mailed no later than 30 days after the date of the course, if possible.
7. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure he/she has a properly working firearm and ammunition for each course. No refunds will be granted to anyone whose equipment does not function properly. DWDS retains the right to deem any weapon or ammunition unsafe for use. All decisions are final.
8. DWDS assumes that all clients are free of any medical conditions preventing the client from training. If a client has any medical conditions, it is the responsibility of that client to inform the staff upon arrival.
